Plastic and Extrusion Manufacturing

D W Plastics’ well-equipped factory has a wide range of extrusion equipment which allows the manufacture of a great variety of plastic extrusions for many industry sectors.

Our plastic manufacturing facilities provide the flexibility to produce plastic profiles in a variety of materials, shapes, sizes and colours. Our extrusion lines can handle tubes up to 180mm in diameter and profiles up to 300mm wide.

D W Plastics is able to supply the different finishes to the plastic extrusions, such as a smooth, glossy finish or a rougher, textured appearance, depending on customer specifications. We also offer inkjet printing at regular intervals along the length, punching and drilling, double-sided tape and/or protective film application, and cutting services if required.

We work closely with our customers to ensure that their requirements are met from design through to delivery.

COVID-19 Update

We have remained operational all through the lockdown period to continue to supply our customers, some of which are key essential suppliers to the NHS and pharmaceutical sectors.

The welfare of our workforce and the wider community is our priority, so from the outset we have been following Government advice and Public Health Guidelines with respect to making the workplace ‘COVID-19 secure’ to limit potential exposure to and mitigate the spread of the virus. We have been reviewing safety measures continuously to ensure operations can continue with the necessary safeguards. We are therefore working at a reduced capacity and as many of our employees as possible are still working from home. Despite these changes, you can still contact us during normal working hours via the usual channels and details are available on the contact page of our website. We will answer as soon as possible, but please bear with us should it take slightly longer than usual for us to respond.

We are constantly reviewing the situation based on UK Government advice and will keep you informed as things change.
