D W Plastics has many years of experience in the extrusion of teak-effect decking products used widely in the marine and building industries as an alternative to real teak.
Plastic extrusion products can be manufactured in a wide variety of shapes, sizes and colours. Our extrusion lines can handle tubes up to 170mm in diameter and profiles up to 500mm wide.
The plastic extrusion process allows a choice of rigid and flexible raw materials of varying softness, which can also be extruded together to form composite profiles. Wherever possible recycled plastic compounds are used. Reprocessed PVC material can be extruded to make profiles where colour selection, excellent finish and conformity to specific standards are not important factors.
In addition to new and bespoke PVC extrusions we can assist customers with the design and improvement of existing sections. We have the in-house capability to handle complicated designs, such as plastic profiles with variable wall thicknesses.
We do not hold stock but attempt a quick turnaround from date of order to delivery.
