In addition to standard plastic extrusions, D W Plastics can assist with the design and improvement of existing sections. It has the in-house capability to handle complicated designs, such as profiles with variable wall thicknesses. The extrusion process allows a choice of rigid and flexible raw materials to be extruded together to form composite profiles.

Plastic extrusion profiles can be manufactured in a wide variety of shapes, sizes and colours. Our extrusion lines can handle tubes up to 160mm in diameter and profiles up to 350mm wide.

A comprehensive range of coloured master batches is kept in stock. Extrusion profiles can be matched to samples or architectural colour references. Technical staff at D W Plastics can provide guidance and advice in the selection of raw materials.

Secondary operations

Drilling, slotting, punching and welding can be automated on-line and other ancillary parts can be fitted as required.
