D W Plastics’ well-equipped factory has a wide range of extrusion equipment which allows the manufacture of a great variety of plastic extrusion products for many industry sectors.

Our manufacturing facilities provide the flexibility to produce PVC profiles in a variety of shapes, sizes and colours. Our extrusion lines can handle tubes up to 160mm in diameter and profiles up to 350mm wide.

Secondary operations such as drilling, slotting, punching, welding, and sanding can be automated on-line and other ancillary parts can be fitted as required. Extrusions can be cut to lengths or coiled as necessary.

We work closely with our customers to ensure that their requirements are met from design through to delivery. This also involves labelling for product traceability and suitable packaging. In tune with environmental concerns, we use recyclable packaging products wherever possible.
