D W Plastics is committed to providing our customers with a high standard of service. Our team is able to draw on many years of experience within the thermoplastics extrusion industry and enjoys working closely with our customers.

The technical staff enjoy the challenge of working with innovative and complex plastic extrusion designs. Whatever your extrusion requirements are, we are happy to discuss them with you.

The key personnel are:

WILLIAM WARREN-DAVIS
Managing Director Will has been in the extrusion business for over 35 years and during that time he has acquired an extensive knowledge of both this industry and that of our customers. In 1980 he set up D W Plastics together with Diana Harford. Will is a 'hands on' MD and is responsible for all new design & development, including die drawings, through to the production of customer samples.

SIMON JONES
Works Director Simon joined us in August 1995 as General Manager. He has been in the extrusion industry since 1979 and during that time has gained valuable experience from a variety of companies. In April 1997 he was appointed to the Board as Production Director. Simon is responsible for production, the purchase of all raw materials and the day-to-day running of the factory.

PAUL WHITE
Paul joined us in February 1994 after several years experience with both plastic extruders and injection moulders. He was appointed Quality Controller in 1998 after he had attended college to gain the necessary qualification. In 2007 he was made Director and is now responsible for all aspects of quality control.

ANDREW DAVIES
Andrew is a qualified tool, jig and die maker with a background in plastic injection moulding, rubber injection and compression moulds. He has been with the company since 2000 and was appointed Director in 2007. He is responsible for tooling drawings and development, purchases and the management of the toolroom. He also looks after all the health and safety requirements within the company.
